The “Revenue Analytics Collaborative” website was created to allow members to exchange information in a peer-to-peer forum. The intent is not for direct marketing, advertising or soliciting.

Affiliation & Disclaimer

Professionals who participate in the “Revenue Analytics Collaborative” acknowledge they have read, understand, and agree to this agreement in its entirety.

The “Revenue Analytics Collaborative” website list is offered as a courtesy of IntegriChain. IntegriChain will not be responsible for the opinions and information submitted to this website by others. IntegriChain disclaims all warranties with regard to information posted on this site, whether posted by IntegriChain or any third party. This disclaimer includes all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall IntegriChain be liable for any damages, including but not limited to special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any other damages whatsoever, resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the transmission or use of any information residing, sent or received on this website.

In addition, members of the Revenue Analytics Collaborative agree to defend and indemnify IntegriChain, its officers, directors, employees, and agents and hold IntegriChain, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings damages, injuries, liabilities losses, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) relating to any acts or omissions by members or materials or information transmitted by members in connection with the “Revenue Analytics Collaborative” website leading wholly or partially to claims against IntegriChain, its officers, directors, employees, or agents by other users or third parties.

Terms of Use

Do not post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials.

Do not send any information or other material protected by a copyright, patent, or trademark without the permission of the copyright, patent, or trademark owner. By sending material, the sending party warrants and represents that he or she owns the copyright, patent, or trademark with respect to such material or has received permission from the owner. In addition, the sending party grants IntegriChain and users of this list the nonexclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print, and use such information or other material.

Posts to the website should not be made if they encourage or facilitate members to arrive at any agreement that either expressly or implied leads to price fixing, a boycott of another’s business, or other conduct intended to illegally restrict free trade. Posts that encourage or facilitate an agreement about the following subjects are inappropriate: prices, discounts, or terms or conditions of sale; salaries; profits, profit margins, or cost data; market shares, sales territories, or markets; allocation of customers or territories; or selection, rejection, or termination of customers or suppliers.

Rights

IntegriChain reserves the right to actively monitor posts for inappropriate content and reserves the right to delete any post that IntegriChain in its sole discretion deems to be inappropriate.

IntegriChain reserves the right to terminate the access of any user who does not abide by these terms and conditions.

Members reserve the right to terminate or unsubscribe their access upon request to Jennifer Sharpe, Executive Advisor for the Revenue Analytics Collaborative, at RAC@integrichain.com.

Legal Jurisdiction

Members and IntegriChain agree all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, and to the “Revenue Analytics Collaborative” email list, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of the state. In addition, members and IntegriChain agree the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be the exclusive forum and jurisdiction for any such legal actions, and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
